Is it a bug again? scatter chart BG image can't show in qlikview 12

Hi all

I have a map qvw works well in qv11. But in qv 12 server(qvs) the scatter chart BG image can't show in browser but desktop runs well.

Any one please help me about these ? Or it is a bug, isn't it?

Would you describe bit more, I mean how scatter chart showing on server. And let be know what is the issue you are facing instead of that

In qv 11, I can set bg image reletive directory file name in the settings. And when the scatter chart shows the image shows behind.

The same qvw in qv12, I can open the qvw and show the image well in qvdesktop, but when I put it in the qvs, and open it with browser, the image disappears...
