Is it possible to disable the "Add a link" option on Repository?

I'm testing my application on Webview mode, and I wish my users to be able to work with the objects on the Repository.

Is it possible to disable the Add a link option?

I'd like to the users might work with a copy and don't change the original chart.

I have tried to disable all the User Privileges on Sheet Properties and I have cheked Read Only option, but without success...
