Is it possible to distribute a single qlikview report(WITH SECTION ACCESS) to different users from CIA report manager?

I never heard of this reporting manager tool. But I'd be surprised if it can't be done.

It doesn't matter if the qvw is Section Access enabled or not. you'll still be able to distribute the reports. Check that option in your reporting manager.
