Is it possible to transpose , group & create dynamic columns in QV SR1

Hello All,

I have requirements to convert data from table 1 to Table 2 in QV SR2  , Please know that number of rows in Table 1 are dynamic, means the columns in Table 2 will be dynamic as well

I am very new in QV ,  will appreciate any guidance
