Is there any way in Qlikview to process a .xlsx file recieved from a REST API?

Hi.. I am using Qlik Rest connector to connect to a rest api and is using POST method. The response is a .xlsx file. Unfortunately Qlik Rest connector only supports csv, xml and json files.

Is there any way I could use the .xlsx file to process in Qlikview?

Couldn't you load the xlsx simply as flat-file? An alternative would be to use an odbc-connect: Loading Multiple Excel Sheets Dynamically along with file name and sheet name.
