Is there any way to minimize / maximize a chart if the chart has no caption ?

Hey guys, I have two charts with no caption (by design, is cool). And my idea is to minimize / maximize them as I wish, but Qlikview only lets me minimize my charts if they have a caption.

Is there any way to do that??

Many thanks in advance.

Regards.

You can create buttons and use actions to minimize, maximize or restore objects.

(Actions -> Layout)

You could also create a field on a data island and create conditions to make them visible or invisible

or you could use buttons to set variables that would control the same visibility conditions.

Hope it helps,

Thanks Eric, I only wanted to know if there was some kind of possibility to avoid doing this with tidy buttons and variables.

Sorry, I didn't understand you reply. How would you like to do it?

EDIT: Maybe I got it. You can use right click, then choose minimize, restore, etc

Thanks for your interest Eric,

I already solve my problem with button which changes values of flag variables to show/ hide my charts.

I only wanted to kknow if there was some kind of easier solution, just that.

Many thanks anyway Eric.

See you around!
