I have added a print button to my report.
On the Actions Tab, I have added "Print Sheet" and left the Sheet ID blank (this will print the sheet you are on and saves you having to add in the ID each time).
On the whole this works perfectly but I have two reports (so far) which, although the users has a different default printer from mine, they want to print at my printer (we use terminal servers so my printer is available to them).
Have a situation whereby, if the user opens report A, it will print beside them but report B (which uses the same approach for printing) wants to print with me. This is during the same session.
As a temporary workaround, I have ticked "Show Print Dialog" so that the user can manually change but this is not a user friendly solution.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this issue.
This is still proving to be an issue for us...
We recently upgraded to SR5 but unfortunately we are still getting this issue...
Anyone any ideas?
