Issue with concatenation of tables

Hello everyone,

I need help and it is very urgent ,i am having issue when i am concatenating two tables ,what is happening there when i am not concatenating two tables i am getting values for octroi field but after concatenating two tables i am getting value for this field although all other fields have all the values except octroi not able to understand the reason pl help...
