Laptop Issue

Hi there

Does anyone here use a Toshiba Portege Z930/K930/R930 Ultrabook? If so, have you experienced any issues with QlikView?

Both myself and a colleague have same model, and same issue with QlikView, that does not exist on any other machine that I have used.

The issue is that when I try to add a new List Box, Edit a List Box or try to select any existing workspace object it just crashes QlikView.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I think this is not the problem of machine.

try to re-install qlikview, and check the 32 bit and 64 bit machime,

if 32 bit then install qlikview for 32 bit machine.

if 64 bit then istall qlikview for 64 bit

I have done this 3 times...still exactly the same issue. I did install 32 bit initially (on my 64 bit machine) but it wouldnt run at all. Each other uninstal/install has been with the latest 64 bit version, full reboot in between reinstal/install also. Still same issue.

Is there perhaps a need to clear the registry too? I have noticed that after each reinstall my settings are still there...and my history.
