Last 12 Month complete data set

Hi,

I want to show the last 12 Month sales for thos id which have sales entry in each month.

Please find the attached excel.

Expected results are as,

e:g

If you select month 01-02-2014,

step-1 : Check how many contract have sales for that month. c1,c2,c3,c4,c5

step-2 : How many contract from step-1 have entry for last 12 month. There should be one entry for all last month which from 01-02-2014 to 01-03-2013, contract are c1 & c2.

c3 is missing in 01-10-2013

c4 is missing in 01-12-2013

c5 is missing in 01-08-2013

Final sum would be sum of c1 & c2 for the period 01-03-2014 to 01-02-2014 is 228.

I want to do in UI.

can anyone help me get the expression for the above scenario?

Attached with answer.

I created an input box, where you can enter the date from which you wanna calculate 12 months back. So in this case if you enter 2/1/2014 then it would give you the desired result in the table below that.

Its a trigger. Sara Leslie people are not able to see my attachment. I faced this issue a while back. It seems to happen sporadically. Do you know why?
