Latitude and Longitude format

How can I change the format of latitude and longitude

For ex :

Latitude - 122°23.838'W

Longitude - 37°47.643'N

I want this in the below format

Latitude - -43.5320544

Longitude - 172.6362254

How can I acheive this ?Any help is appreciated.Thank you very much.

Can you tell, is that your original format value?

Normally It will look like  172° 38' 10.4094" W (Degree, Minutes and seconds)
