Is it possible to change a desktop license (on the qlikview server) from a lease to a named user? I am researching an issue with NPrinting 17 (Troubleshooting ‒ QlikView NPrinting) and it is my understanding that I can't use a dynamic license on that install.
Yes, it is possible to get a standalone license for the QlikView desktop and apply it. You'll need to talk to your Qlik Account Manager in regards to the license.
Thanks for responding. I do have a standalone license. But my issue is that the desktop is not releasing the lease licensee for me to enter the standalone license.
