There is no one specific answer for this question. If you search on the internet for Project or process lifecycle there are many possible options. I don't think QlikView advocates any one in particular. Often it is driven by the standard practices within the organisation you are working in.
However, I must add that QlikView does lend itself to close participation by the User. Requirements can be turned around very quickly and shown back to the user for more input.
