Limitations of .Prj Folder ?

Hi All,

Can any one let me know the issues they have faced while using the .Prj Folder  in Qlikview

or whar are the limitations of .Prj folder.

i think there is no limitations.

It is a advantage to hve that folder.

as u will be safer side if any corrupted files:0

i found one .

like Field event triggers are lost if there are any .

Let me know if i am wrong.or is there any other way to do it.

I think this issue is also still present:

prj folders not moving the variable values

For me the most crucial limitation is speed to open and save 😉

As soon as I do not need the prj any more, I delete it as it can be easily created again. basically, I use it only with the document analyser or when I need to do some kind of batch renaming.

hmm Yes.

as an alternative or best pratice, we can import the variables externally from excel or via text document.
