I want to know more clear about any limitations in set analysis???????

- set analysis is evaluated once per chart and not per row

Just as maxgro pointed out, the biggest limitation is that set analysis is evaluated once per chart. So essentially there is no way for you to use Aggregate function within the set analysis.

Second issue (not a limitation per say) is that there is so much you can do using set analysis, but gaining absolute hold of set analysis is a uphill task.
