Limiting contents of a list box

I have a list box with a Field Name entitle 'ANATOMICAL MAIN GROUP'  Under this field, there are the following records:

1. ALIMENTARY TRACT AND METABOLISM
2. BLOOD AND BLOOD FORMING ORGANS
3. CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM
4. DERMATOLOGICALS
5. GENITOURINARY SYSTEM
6. HOMORNAL SYSTEM
7. ANTI-INFECTIVES
8. ANTINEOPLASTICS

How can i limit the contents of the list box to say:

1. CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM
2. ALIMENTARY TRACT AND METABOLISM
3. ANTI-INFECTIVES

Thank you very much, it works.  The expression is in the caption properties of the list box.  Can i restrict the list box to apply to certain sheets only within the application?

Hi Ali

Thank you very much for all your help,most appreciated.  Attached is a screen shot of my application which has 7 sheets and 9 list boxes.  I would want for example, the doctors name, market, payment type to apply say to the Reports, Prescription Trending and Market Shares sheets only when any one of them is being used for current selections.  Can this be done?

What i mean is that if i select a doctor's name when i am on the Reports sheet, i do not want that filter to be applied say on the market shares sheet.

then create 2 alternate states one for each sheet then assign all objects and charts to respective state this way you separate each sheet from selections made on another sheet

go to settings ->document properties -> general tab alternate states

but if you want your only one chart to not be affected by doctor name selection then in your expression on that chart add in your. Set analysis a condition to ignore doctor name selection {<doctor_name=>}
