Greetings to all. Our QlikView and Publisher environments, although rather small with about 50 tasks, has been growing. Growth is not the issue, but when end users come and go, that is. I would like to keep up with the end users, but it is time consuming to look at each task one by one, to remove end users that have left the company. Is there an existing app or a function in the system where I can search all tasks by end user name, or print out a report of all report recipients, by task name? Not only the PDF reports but also on the AccessPoint. Thank you for your help!

I am sorry if I misunderstood your question but have you looked at QMC User management tab? you can type userID there and see assigned CALs, Documents that user has access to and tasks.
If you need to manage user CALs, I highly recommend QlikView Power Tools utilities.
There is also management API for QMC and you can find some tools using it to get data out of QMC (Power Tools is using this API as well)
