Here is a little something you can add in the script to do this if you want to load the data in:

preceedingload:

load EId,Ename,if(EId='ABCE005' AND Ename = '-', 'Logistics',Dept) as Dept;

LOAD * INLINE [

    EId, Ename, Dept

    E001, James,IT

    E002, Tom,Sales

    E003, Jim,ENGG

    E004, Henry,MARKT

    ABCE005, -

    ABCE006, -

];

If you end up with loads of blanks to fill in then you could use a mapping table or a pick match to make it much more efficient

You should be able to do exactly the same, just put the if formula in the list box as an expression.

I've attached a file which includes this for you

Try like this:

LOAD EId

  ,Ename

  ,if(EId = 'ABCE005' and Ename = '-', 'Logistics', Dept) as Dept

INLINE [

    EId, Ename, Dept

    E001, James,IT

    E002, Tom,Sales

    E003, Jim,ENGG

    E004, Henry,MARKT

    ABCE005, -

    ABCE006, -

];
