Load Data without Data Load Editor

I have a scheduler to reload my script in data load editor every 15 minutes,

but sometimes, i want to reload it manually when i changed some value of variable in my sheet..

i always reload it manually using button "load data" in data load editor,

So, is there is a way to reload it without load data button?
