Loading Data from web page

I'm using QV11 desktop and I'm trying to load data from a simple web page (Table) : List of countries by motor vehicle production - Wikipedia‌

but i got this error : Internet error 12157

i assume it's an error related to the https

any one have an idea on how to solve this problem ?
