Loading Hierarchy data from excel to Qlikview

Good Day,

Please assist,

I need to load data from excel to Qlikview, the data is in a Hierarchy form.

How can I possibly map the products to their respective Product Categories, Manufacturer, and Market?

Please also note a product can belong to multiple Product Categories. I have also attached a spreadsheet containing the data.
