Loading multiple sheets from a single workbook

Hello All,

I am trying to load multiple sheets (20 Sheets) from a single workbook and in each sheets the fields are not common. But from column AJ all the fields are same. So I am trying to load only the fields from AJ to AZ from all the sheets and ignoring all the previous fields which are not unique.

* I cant rename the sheets name also to 1,2,3 etc. So how to apply loop in this condition?

Any help will be really appreciated.
