Lock and delete rows on dinamic measure

Hi all, 

this is my table. I should delete row where field "Variazione prezzo" is always 0.

This field expression is [Prezzo Medio]-Before([Prezzo Medio)] and [Prezzo Medio] is a measure done by expression  avg(Prezzo). Prezzo is the only data model field.
