Looking for a video or tutorial

I recall watching a video on YouTube where the presenter created a scatter chart having this years' sales on one axis and last years' sales on the other. That is the easy part. He then did some stuff to the scale  and min/max so that the two axis were always equal. He also placed an image underneath the chart having a 45 degree line. Customers who fall below the line are not performing as well as they did last year.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Does anyone have the link?
