Looping and condition

hi,

i have a problem.. can any one help me...

i have a call details like

callno | Call Status | activityno | activityTime

1234 | Logged | 2344 | 11/5/2013

1234 | Accept | 2346 | 12/6/2013

......

i want to write a loop to check the status wise difference of time and also i want to check the next status of 'logged' because it can be 'accept' or 'reject'. how to solve this problem....

Hello,

after looping what is the result that you need to show?

i mean you need to get as a result the time or the number of hours between each logged status?
