Macro Security

Hi All,

Is there a way to force the system to allow macros in Access Point?  I don't want the users to have the option to allow macros or not (they always choose wrong).  If we do CTRL + SHIFT + M, it will allow them, but only temporarily.

Thanks!

I don't know if you ever solved this problem, but take a look at the blog QlikTip by Stefan Walther. His blog post QlikTip #19: Suppressing Macro-Security (Module Security) Dialog on QlikView-Server/QlikView-Documen... should solve your issue with macro security.

Is that tip still valid for QV11? I think all the settings have been moved into a settings.ini file.

I can not answer that straight off. I'll try to make time for looking into it during the day. It sound great if the ini-file handles this feature.

It does work until version 9.

Version 10 use the settings.ini file as Rob states.

Version 11 ?
