Mail not sent in alert (QV 11)

Hi,

I have an alert with a message that pops up as expected, but a mail which is defined too - is not sent.

The test mail is sent properly.

I suspect that it has something to do with the upgrade I did to a newer version of 11.

As it used to work fine.  

Any ideas how to resolve the issue?

Which version were you having this issue in?  Have you subsequently been able to resolve the issue?
