Maintain Seperate Data Series in Line Chart while summarizing

I have a line chart with two series.  How can I add another field to the "StartsShift" listbox titled "All" that summarizes Day & Night shift for each day?  That is to say, how can I add another series that summarizes the two selected?  I'm getting good but not quite there yet.

I found a cheap way.  I just loaded the sheet a second time, and put "All" into "StartsShift" table instead of day night.  This seems a little backwards though.
