Mapping Table

Hi All

I need to create a mapping table that will have fields: (Finincial Year, Exchnage Rate).

The finicial year is 01 July- 30June e.g (2013-07-01--->2014-06-30). I need to add the Financial Year field to an existing table and have the Exchange Rate applied to the Finacial Year calendar and not the ordinary year calendar (Jan-Dec). How can I achieve this?

it is the required way otherwise the model wont have accurate data
