Mapping or vLookup alternative

I'm new to using the vLookup feature in excel. I am required to match a column from one document to another to add a new column with the correct values. I'm not really sure what I'm asking but I will attach the excel doc and my app to see if it is possible. I have been researching the Mapping feature, but just not sure how to implement it with these files.

The ZB_KPI file has the pivot table i am trying to create in Qlik.

But essentially I want to just be able to upload the RAW DATA instead of doing the vlookups in excel.

This is the vLookup equation:

=VLOOKUP(B2,'Header Data'!$A$2:$H$498,8,FALSE)
