Hi Community,
I'm facing strange issue with Google Map. It's working in Test Instance but not working in Development Environment.
Tried all the possibilities but I still think that I'm missing something in the configuration which is not allowing Google Map Image to open. I've made the changes in config & Settings files, Made changes in Internet Explorer. There is no issue with Firewall & Antivirus. Apart from this is there any other place, setting or configuration where I need to make changes.
I'm using Google API. But still no luck. Can anyone have experienced such issue. If Yes then need your help here.
Please share your inputs.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Brett,
First accept my apologies for late the reply. The issue got fixed.
Actually, we have migrated to new data center and there we have proxy enabled.
So, after using Wireshark Network tool we come to know that the proxy is
not allowing Google Image dynamic link to bypass through it. Google maps are
generating multiple IP addresses. So, in order to fix the issue we set some
firewall security rules which finally fixed the issue.

Have you searched and reviewed prior posts as there are quite a few on Google Maps, and there are a number of documents too:
I would have to say it is something most likely in the environment if it is working in one environment, most likely proxy server settings or something with the API registration etc. Your best bet may be to try to trace the call via a network tracing tool to see if it is getting out or not.

Brett
