Marging two cells in a Table

I want to merge multiple cells in QlikView table.

e.g ID and Sales are two columns and Sales is divided into 2.

ID Sales

Last week | This Week

1. 12 | 12

Does anyone know how to do this?

Any pointers on this would be of great help.

Thanks in advance,

Ashish

For the option of attaching text box at the top of the pivot table - In pivot table, dimensions are locked and scrolling is available for expressions so that dimension is visible for extreme right columns. But if I attach text box at the top and scroll then text box will be as it is and below columns will get changed or can i link text box scrolling to that of the table?

For using cross table - In cross table what happens is, all columns becomes rows. and only one expression we add to expression list. For giving a common label to two or more columns we go on adding the various dimensions as calculated expressions for the levels for which we want to add common labels.

However now, for some metrics which are variance of others in table, i don't have control on showing subtotals at the top/bottom.

Is there any solution to this? or not possible at all.

Please reply. It is urgent!!
