Match not working

I am trying to match two cloumns andshow me related attributes for all the match items in the table.

I have done this before and it works but this time I have alphanumeric values in the fields I need to match.

Please advise a solution

I am using

Table 1:           Col1            Col2                  Col3

                       1ad1           12346                abjloj

Table 2:           Col4            Col5                  Col6

                       1adho         796868              okkhkh

I use expr: Match(Col1, Col4)

Do you expect a match between Col1 and Col4 with your sample? Can you explain a bit more detailed what your requirements for a matching result are?
