Use Like function for this.

its_anandrjs

Try like

SELECT *

FROM Source

WHERE [Order No] NOT Like '1' OR '2' OR '7' OR '15' OR '16' OR '21' ;

Another way try

SELECT *

FROM Source

WHERE [Order No] NOT IN ( '1' ,'2', '7', '15' ,'16', '21');

One of the another way is

SELECT *

FROM Source

WHERE [Order No] NOT Like IN ( '1' OR '2' OR '7' OR '15' OR '16' OR '21' );

Or

SELECT *

FROM Source

WHERE [Order No] NOT Like IN ( 1 OR 2 OR 7 OR 15 OR 16 OR 21 );

Or

SELECT *

FROM Source

WHERE [Order No] NOT Like IN ( 1 , 2 , 7 , 15 , 16 , 21 );
