Matrix rule lookup

Hi all, need some advice please on best possible approach to my problem.

I have created a simplified version of my requirement, essentially I have data loaded ina Fact table and need to adjust the values in some fields depending on a rule matrix.

E.g. if Company is classed as Domestic then I need to add or subtract the value of its sales in the current field to a different field, if a company is classed as both Domestic and Foreign then the values remain as they are.

In the screen shot Company A values in Header 1 should be move to Header 2, Company B values for Header 2  stay in Header 2.

I have provided a sample of the Matrix rule spreadsheet as it is but this can be amended to fit the solution if required.
