Max Date Values not showing in Report

Dear All,

            In my report i used following condition, its not working without selection

     = sum(if(Date=MaxDate,remainingOutgoing))

For Eg.

if i select customer No. C000003 then it showing the Value, if i press clear button then its not showing on the report.

Can any one help me!

Hi,

        I need Outstanding Amount +  Remaining Outgoing (value will be max Date).

Following out put i need on the report without selecting the following customer no.

Please check customer No. C00003 -  -0.37

                                         C000015 -  -0.14

                                          C000017 -  -0.73
