Hello All,
I have the table below:
ABC | DEF |
---|---|
AP1 | AP6 |
AP2 | AP5 |
AP3 | AP7 |
I need a create a table with a single field:
ABCDEF |
---|
AP1 |
AP2 |
AP3 |
AP5 |
AP6 |
AP7 |
Any idea on how I can do that?

May be this:
Table:
LOAD ABC as ABCDEF
FROM Source;
Concatenate(Table)
LOAD DEF as ABCDEF
FROM Source;
May be this:
Table:
LOAD ABC as ABCDEF
FROM Source;
Concatenate(Table)
LOAD DEF as ABCDEF
FROM Source;
Does it work if both are from the same source?
Table:A
LOAD ABC,
DEF;
FROM Source;
I am sure it will.
Hello Hasvine,
Beware, you cannot take a schortcut a script
LOAD ABC as ABCDEF,
DEF AS ABCDEF
FROM Source;
You need to follow the example from Sunny.
Hi,
one solution could be also:
table1:
CrossTable(temp,ABCDEF)
LOAD 1,* FROM [https://community.qlik.com/thread/205586] (html, codepage is 1252, embedded labels, table is @1);
DROP Fields [1], temp;
hope this helps
regards
Marco
Thanks everyone.
The answer of Sunny is working.

Rangesum also useful to merge to columns by using rangesum to merge the columns
example is RangeSum(Above(Sum(sale),-1,RowNo()))
