Mini Circular Gauge as Pie chart in Straight Table

Need help in using mini chart (circular gauge) as pie chart. I've been able to get one segment to work but having difficulty to get second segment to show up to make complete pie.

I've included the screen shot of a straight table showing segment 1 of pie

I'll like it to be seen as follows for each rows with right calculation for each row (please ignore size and color of the sample).

so it will look like pie for each row in following screen shot

My calculation is =Count([Agreement Terms: ID])/$(vATCount)
