Has anyone else created an expression using MissingCount()?
My question or issue is: I'm using MISSINGCOUNT(ENC_ID) to validate that I don't have any missing Encounter Ids (ENC_ID). The results say that ALL Enc Ids are missing, but I know for a fact that I have NO missing encounter ids.
Am I not understanding what this function is supposed to do? The ENC_ID field is a character field.
