Modifying Dimensions

Hi,

Is there any possible way to show my data as attached?  The first chart is the current structure, the second chart is what I want it to look like.  I want to take the totals of Commercial from each region and sum that at the bottom, then total consumer from each and sum, then total Government.  I know this easily can be done by creating another straight table but was curious if there is another way to do this?

In a perfect world i would remove the whole region column from the bottom and display Central total where Total is, then Other total where total is etc.

Thanks,

Hi Anthony,

Try creating a Pivot table where Account types -Consumer ,Government , Commercial becomes columns .

You can then show Totals on columns as well as Row.

go to chart property--> presentation tab--> enable "Always fully expanded"

and "Show Partial Sums" check box then you will get the desired output.

Thanks,

Madhura
