Month over Month Employee net change calculation

Hi Gurus

I want to calculate employee Net Change from count of workers

Now I have:

Feb 2015 - 2
Mar  2015  - 4
Apr  2015  - 6
etc.

I'd like to also see:

Feb 2015 - change from Jan 2015

Mar  2015  - change from Feb 2015

Apr  2015  - change from Mar 2010

Any help would be most appreciated!!
