Month selection from multiple Date columns (urgent)

Hi,

I have many date columns in my (.xslx) file.

My (xslx) is composed to: ......

Date Action 1	Action 1	Date Ation 2	Action 2	Date Action 3	Action 3

........

and i want create Month selection listbox which filters all Actions

how i can do it?
