I'm using cyclic groups in QlikView to allow my users to switch between individual business units, local regions, operational groups they sit within.
From the access point, in a pivot table or straight table, users can left-click the cycle icon to just move to the next grouping or right-click to see a list of the groupings and select one. In a bar chart, users can also left-click the cycle icon to move to the next grouping, however, sometimes the right-click brings up the list of cycle groupings and sometimes it brings up a different menu with 'Properties' and 'Notes' in the list.
Is there something I can do to ensure it always shows the list of cycle groupings?
