Good Day,
Does anyone know whehter it is possible to put a conditional show on fields withing a multi box (not the whole multi box, just certain fields if they are null) OR
Is there a way to sort the fields in a multi box to have associated fields at the top and non-associated (greyed out) below?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Ian,
I believe such functionality does not exist.
Its sort of like a container. For one time you can select the fields and then place them in required order. Then they continue to be like that.
What you ask will affect usability. Since the user would get confused when the fields are found at different places.
thanks,

Hi Rajesh,
Thank you for your answer.
Regarding your comment, I don't think it will confuse the user. In my situation, I have over 100 fields in the Multibox.
If a selection is made where only 6 fields are associated, I think it will be useful to have either:
a)only those 6 shown OR
b) have those 6 at the top.
In Your case, you an have multiple multiboxes placed in a container object with the tab describing the category of fields, you can choose the tabs on top. Ideally at a time you should have limited set of fields in multibox so that the user is at ease.
thanks,
Rajesh Vaswani
For anyone else reading this post later, I got it sorted (associated values on top) by selecting the "Sort by Applicability" check box in the General Tab of the Multi Box properties.
Thanks an, this was a good larning.
