How do we rename the FieldNames in the MultiBox?

In the General properties of the Multi Box, you can select the field you want to rename in the "Fields Displayed in Multibox", and change the label under the "Settings for Selected Field" to the name  you want.

Select the field in Field Display and Give the label name as per your requirement at the bottom...
