Multiple Excel Files

Just wondering if anybody can help me i am thinking of using Qlikview so i am a total newbie to it. Before i looked further into it i wanted to ask something here to see if anyone can help.

For what i want to be doing means working with multiple Excel files for each month.

Every Excel sheet will be for a different month of the year containing the same headings and i want to compare data in Qlikview comparing months.I am just wondering if it is possible to do this if anybody could help.

So you are in good place.

Qlikview will create tables and model based on your data and you can use many of available tools to develop the Metrics you need.

Go thru some basic Qlikview lessons and examples and you will find your way.

Yes in qlikview we can do that, instead of multiple excel sheets can you merge both the excel sheets in to one by maintaining seperate column called month in order to part ion the data

if not while loading use qualify statement so that no point of getting synthetic keys in dashboard after loading.

in front end we can get those 2 sheets and we can show in front end if required we can use alternate states so that selections will not pass from one object to another
