Mutual Exclusion or intersection on salary for different months

Hi,

I have a requirement in which i want to show salary of employees who were part of company in Jan 2015 but not in Apr 2015 in a textbox.

Similarly salary of those employees who are part of company in Apr 2015 but not in Jan 2015.

I have below fields :

EMPID,

SAL,

YEAR

Month.

Any ideas.
