NOT ABLE TO STORE INTO QVD

HI All, I am facing issue for storing the Qvd. I have Table1 with 1.8 Million Records and Table 2 with 6.4 Million Records. Due to Project Requirements, I am using Table1 left Join with Table2. But at the end I am not able to store in to QVD. If i am reloading with 1000 lines, Its reloaded and QVD Created. But Full reload I am not able to create the QVD. I am using 8 GB Ram. This may be RAM issue or some other problem? Regards Sathish
