NPrinting PowerPoint Preview Error

Hi,

I have facing a problem with NPrinting PowerPoint report, I just create one PowerPoint report in NPrinting and add one chart and try to Preview my design.

But NPrinting still showing Processing to me for long time.

I hope you understand my problem.

Hi Ahmar,

Few Options you can try:

• Try to end task your NPrinting Designer and reopen via NPrinting Web Console.
• Try restart your NPrinting Services.
