Need Help: Issues with exporting to excel

I have Qlik view 7.52 version and i am using it for extracting data in the excel format. I am using send to excel method to extract the information.

We have 21k rows and almost no of columns are more than 30. For 21k rows it is giving us error. Data is not in proper format and lots of columns are missing as well.

Can you please let me know the solution of the issue. I have 64 bit and 4 GB RAM in my laptop, i don’t know if this is to do with this error.

have you tried exporting as a csv? right click>export.....

If i am doing it exporting it as csv i am lossing the data formating as i have conditional formating in the file.
